Mini Steps Childcare Philosophy

It is the goal of the school to meet the developmental needs of each child – social, emotional, physical, and intellectual and we commit ourselves daily to meet and exceed these goals. Mini Steps LLC provides a secure, flexible, caring environment in which the children feel protected, confident and trusted. Love and tender care is always a top priority. Our atmosphere provides the proper physical, social and psychological environment needed for healthy growth. There is availability throughout the day for a child to interact with others and have their own personal time. The children learn mostly through exploratory plan, imitation, curriculum and interaction with other children and child care staff.
